3. Eligibility Our services are designed for children with autism and their families. By engaging with us, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the child receiving services.

4. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, and any late payments may incur additional fees. Please contact us for questions about billing or payment plans.

6. SMS Communications and Opt-Out By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding our services and other relevant information.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to a message sent to you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. However, we may still communicate with you for non-marketing purposes, such as service-related messages or responses to requests.
• Rejoining: If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or send “START”, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• Assistance and Support: If you experience issues with our messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance or contact us directly at info@childbuildersaba.com.
• Carriers and Messaging: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that messages will always reach you promptly. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider for details.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Child Builders ABA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
