Where quality meets care, and futures are built with excellence.
Founded in 2024, Child Builders ABA was built on a simple but meaningful mission: to make a positive difference in the lives of others. We are committed to creating a supportive, welcoming environment where children can truly be themselves, build confidence, and experience joy in everyday moments. Guided by compassion and individualized care, our team works closely with each child and family to foster growth, independence, and a genuine love for learning and life.
Behind our work is a dedicated team of compassionate, highly trained professionals who are deeply committed to the children and families we serve. Each member of our team brings not only clinical expertise, but also patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others grow. We believe in working collaboratively, supporting one another, and continuously learning so we can provide the highest quality care.
We strive for excellence in every aspect of our organization—from the care we provide to our clients, to the support of our staff, to the systems and processes that guide our work.
We approach our work with empathy, respect, and understanding for the individuals and families we serve, as well as for our staff, school partners, and community collaborators.
We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. Honesty, accountability, and doing what is right—especially when it is difficult—are central to everything we do.
We believe strong teams create the best outcomes. We foster a supportive, collaborative environment built on mutual respect, open communication.
Families are at the heart of our work. We support, respect, and partner with families while maintaining a workplace culture that values work–life balance and a family-oriented approach for both clients and staff.
At our agency, your child is supported by a caring team that works together to help them grow, learn, and feel confident. We believe in meeting every child where they are and partnering closely with families every step of the way.
